Refund Policy

Cancelled Events
If an event is officially cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of the ticket face value within 7–14 business days.
Rescheduled Events
If an event is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact support within 14 days of the announcement.
Buyer-Initiated Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. We recommend purchasing ticket protection where available.
Platform Fees
Service fees charged by HalaEvents are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation.
