1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HalaEvents you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled. HalaEvents acts as a marketplace facilitating transactions between buyers and verified sellers.

3. Seller Obligations

Sellers must list only genuine tickets they have the legal right to sell, at prices compliant with applicable Kuwait regulations.

4. Prohibited Activities

Fraud, scalping beyond permitted limits, duplicate listings, and attempts to bypass platform security are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Kuwait City.
